The Corps' premier statewide leadership conference
The Leadership Development Conference brings together cadets from across California for a multi-day intensive on leadership theory, ethical decision-making, and the planning and execution of complex operations. LDC graduates often return as cadre and instructors in later years.

Decision-making, team dynamics, ethical leadership, public speaking.
Practical Exercises
Squad and platoon-level scenarios under time pressure.
Cadet-Led Cadre
Senior cadets serve as instructors and mentors throughout.

California Cadet Corps announces its 2024 Leadership Conference!
On 13-14 September 2024 at Camp San Luis Obispo, HQ CACC conducts a conference to update
members on current plans and operations and present CACC-related subjects of interest to adults and
cadets while building organizational level esprit and preparing for the new school year.

- Track B: New Classroom Commandants
